Transimpedance Amplifiers
Mignal offers a portfolio of high performance Silicon Germanium (SiGe) and commercial CMOS transimpedance amplifiers providing wideband width, low noise, low power, and guaranteed quality and reliability. Mignal's family of TIA products provide users with right set of features including plenty of on-chip decoupling, accurate signal strength monitor (Imon), high linearity automatic gain control (AGC), and guaranteed operation over environment temperatures from -40℃ to 85℃.

MG3650 is a dual rate burst mode transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with reset and data rate selection. When the part is operating in burst mode, its typical bandwidth (or data rate) can be changed between 9GHz (10Gbps) and 3GHz (2.5Gbps) with external rate select signal. With an appropriate APD detector, its optical sensitivity can be as high as -25dBm (10Gb/s BER 10-12) and its overload tolerance can be greater than 2mApp.
MG3250 2.5Gb/s multi-mode TIA with 0Hz lower cut-off frequency, optimized for burst mode XG-PON1 OLT receiver. The part also supports serial digital interface (SDI) video receiver application up to 2.97Gb/s (3G-SDI) and satisfies pathological pattern requirements for 3G-SDI standard. MG3122 1.25Gb/s multi-mode TIA with 0hz lower cut-off frequency, optimized for burst mode PON OLT receivers, both GPON and EPON. The part also supports serial digital interface (SDI) video receiver applications up to 1.485Gb/s (HD-SDI) and satisfies pathological pattern requirements for HD-SDI standard. MG3350 2.5Gb/s multi-mode limiting
amplifier with direct or indirect (DC or AC) input coupling options
and fast signal detect ( or loss of signal ) output. MG3350 is
optimized for burst mode XG-PON1 OLT receiver. It can be externally
configured for SD or LOS with auto or manual reset. SD or LOS assert
threshold can be easily adjusted though a single resistor or MCU
controlled DAC voltage. Its output is CML and can be disabled using
configurable Jam pin. MG3350 also works for continuous mode
applications such as 3G-SDI, 2.5-2.7Gb/s SFP, and GPON ONU limiting
amplifier.
